EDWARD AND VIVAN BROOM

Broom Designs, Inc. was a greeting card corporation owned and operated by Edward and Vivian Broom (husband (deceased 3 yrs ago) and wife). They were incorporated in February 1971 by the State of Michigan. Broom Designs was among the first companies specializing in greeting cards for African-Americans. The office and warehouse was located at 16180 Meyers Road in Detroit, Michigan. Their specialty lines include Christmas, Kwanzaa, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and everyday. They went out of business shortly after 9/11.
